At Capital Book Publisher, we deeply value our clients and are committed to providing high-quality publishing, writing, editing, design, and marketing services. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, as each project requires dedicated time, resources, and creative effort, the following refund policy has been established to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
All refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the terms outlined below.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of any initial drafts, concepts, or project materials, the client will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
• If a refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the first book draft, concept, or design, a 66% refund will be issued (less a 10% processing fee).
• If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours of the initial delivery, a 33% refund will be issued (less a 10% processing fee).
No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours from the time of initial delivery. However, our team will gladly collaborate with you to find an alternative resolution or offer additional revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Once the delivered materials have been approved or revision requests submitted, the refund option becomes void, and no refund will be issued.
Refund requests will not be accepted if you fail to respond or take action on your order for 30 days after purchase.
If you wish to reactivate an inactive order, a reactivation fee may apply depending on the project’s scope and progress.
Refunds do not apply once the final files, manuscripts, or published materials have been delivered.
For publishing services, no refund will be issued once the book has been submitted for publishing or distribution.
For book marketing and promotional services, refunds are not applicable once campaigns have been launched, scheduled, or any promotional material distributed.
For combined or bundled service packages (e.g., Book Writing + Design + Publishing), refunds will apply only to the portion of the project that has not yet been started or delivered.
Example:
If your book writing is completed and approved, you may still request a refund for the publishing or marketing portion (if it has not yet begun).
Refund requests must include a valid reason consistent with the original service agreement. If the delivered work meets the agreed-upon scope and quality standards, a refund will not be granted. However, additional revisions or service adjustments may be provided to ensure satisfaction.
Refunds are valid only if the order was placed in good faith. If the same project is assigned to multiple service providers simultaneously to claim multiple refunds, Capital Book Publisher reserves the right to decline the request and terminate the agreement.
All materials produced by Capital Book Publisher, including written manuscripts, designs, and formatted files, remain the intellectual property of Capital Book Publisher until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership and rights to the completed materials are transferred to the client.
Capital Book Publisher is not responsible for any coincidental similarities to existing works or previously published materials.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Support Department:
